Return & Exchange Policy

At Tryonic AI POD, every shirt is not just a fashion item — it's a "Personal Original" created uniquely for you. We honor that creative value and commit to giving you complete peace of mind through a distinctive, human-centered support policy.

✅ 1. New-shirt replacement

We understand that shipping unwanted products back to our warehouse only adds to environmental waste and emissions. Because each of your designs is unique and highly personal, Tryonic AI POD will send you a brand-new shirt if the one you received has any of the issues below:

  • Manufacturing / shirt-base defects:
    • The shirt is severely stained, torn, holed, or unstitched.
  • Print defects:
    • The print is wrong color, blurry, smudged, or significantly misaligned compared to the approved design.
    • The print peels or cracks abnormally within 14 days of delivery.

Time limit:

  • Submit your request within 14 days of receiving the order.

What you get:

  • You can:
    • Keep the defective shirt (no need to send it back to Tryonic AI POD).
    • Receive a brand-new shirt with the same design / specs (or another option agreed with our customer support).
  • Cost: Tryonic AI POD covers 100% for eligible cases in this section.

🎫 2. Support when you picked the wrong size

If the size you chose doesn't fit you well, the Shop hopes the shirt can still stay with you and be gifted to a friend or family member. As a token, we'll send you:

  • The delivered shirt plus 1 voucher so you can reorder at a discounted price.

Voucher conditions:

  • Applies to any order.
  • Each customer / each order is limited to 1 voucher.
  • Voucher validity: 1 month.

Shipping fee on the new order (using the voucher):

  • Follows the current shipping policy (free / paid depending on the active program).
🌱 Our goal: Still help you get a shirt that fits, without generating extra waste from shipping a printed shirt back and forth.

📦 3. Other cases

At Tryonic AI POD, we work hard to make sure every order arrives perfectly. If an operational mix-up causes you to receive the wrong design, the wrong size, or someone else's order:

  • Shop's responsibility: We will recall the misdelivered product and send out the correct order that you originally placed.
  • Cost commitment: You pay nothing extra. Tryonic AI POD covers 100% of two-way shipping (both the recall and the redelivery).
  • Required condition: To keep things transparent and let us act immediately, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the tracking label. This is required for us to verify the issue quickly and ship a replacement as soon as possible.

❌ 4. Cases not eligible for exchange / discount

  • Products that have been used or show normal wear beyond the warranty scope.
  • Products damaged due to improper care or washing (hot water wash, harsh bleach, ironing directly on the print, etc.).
  • Cases where you cannot provide clear evidence of the defect (photo / video) for Tryonic AI POD to verify.

📦 5. How to request an exchange / support

5.1. Contact customer support

  • Reach out on Zalo: Tryonic AI POD

5.2. Send your information and evidence

  • Order ID / phone number / email used for the order.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Photos and video (required):
    • Clearly capture the defective area (print, tear, peeling, etc.).
    • For size issues: a photo of the shirt being worn and/or compared against the size chart (if available).

→ Or simply select the issue type and upload photos and video directly through the system after your order is marked as delivered.

5.3. Tryonic AI POD confirms & proposes a resolution

Within 14 business days, our customer support team will:

  • Confirm the type of issue (manufacturing / printing / shipping / wrong size).
  • Notify you of the resolution plan:
    • Let you keep the delivered shirt and ship you a new one.
    • Issue a reorder voucher.
    • Or decline if the case falls outside our policy.

5.4. Carry out the exchange / send a new shirt / issue the voucher

  • For issues in section 1: Tryonic AI POD will reprint and ship a new shirt to you.
  • For issues in section 2: Tryonic AI POD will send you a voucher code with instructions for your next order.
  • For issues in section 3:
    • You'll need to return the shirt to us.
    • We'll then ship you the correct shirt.
💡 Note: Tryonic AI POD will let you keep the delivered shirt in every case.
